About Me

Dr. Huang is a specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, with a focus on the medical and surgical treatment of infertility, as well as fertility preservation counseling and services. He has been recognized for his clinical excellence, including receiving the ASRM/Society for Reproductive Surgeons Outstanding Performance in Hysteroscopy Award. Dr. Huang is dedicated to providing inclusive care, particularly for the LGBTQ community. He is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese, enabling him to offer language-concordant care to Chinese-speaking patients. Dr. Huang is deeply committed to supporting his patients through what can often be a vulnerable and challenging journey, and he takes great pride in partnering with them to achieve their family-building goals.

His clinical interests and research program are centered on the role of uterine and endometrial conditions in infertility, and their impact on maternal/neonatal health. His research has received numerous awards, and was showcased in multiple Prize Paper and Prize Poster sessions at the ASRM Scientific Congress. Dr. Huang is also a recipient of the prestigious ABOG/AAOGF Scholar Award, utilizing advanced single-cell sequencing techniques to study the human endometrium during the critical window of implantation.

Dr. Huang earned his bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences at Carnegie Mellon University. He attended Brown University for medical school and completed both his residency and fellowship training at UCSF. He had additional scientific training through the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and Marine Biological Laboratory.
