About Me

Dr. Yanett Anaya is a reproductive endocrinologist and fertility specialist whose main clinical focus is infertility, assisted reproduction, and fertility preservation. She also cares for patients with irregular periods, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), premature menopause, endometriosis, and recurrent miscarriages. Anaya is proud to provide fertility services for the LGBTQ community. She also speaks fluent Spanish and committed to serve the Hispanic community.   

Dr. Anaya has a special interest in advocacy and increasing access to fertility care. She also has a research interest in ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. 

Dr. Anaya was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine. Following her residency, she completed fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility here at UCSF. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
