Nicole Barnes, NP

About Me

Nicole Barnes, NP, is a Nurse Practitioner at the UCSF Center for Reproductive Health, where she provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families navigating fertility treatment and reproductive healthcare.

Nicole's career has been dedicated to women's health. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked for several years as a postpartum registered nurse, supporting patients during pregnancy and the transition to parenthood. These experiences fostered her passion for guiding patients through important life stages with empathy, education, and evidence-based care. Following completion of her advanced practice training, Nicole transitioned into fertility and OB/GYN care as a Nurse Practitioner.

Nicole earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is committed to lifelong learning and values opportunities to expand her knowledge and expertise within the field of women's health.

Originally from Texas, Nicole moved to San Francisco in 2018 and now lives in Mission Bay. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, biking, watching basketball, and spending time with her family.
