Success Rates

UCSF Center for Reproductive Health is a world-renowned institution with the highest level of clinical expertise, a state-of-the-art embryology laboratory, and cutting-edge research; our pregnancy rates are consistently high and reflect this level of excellence.

The Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies (SART) is a national reporting service that collects IVF outcomes data from fertility clinics. Please keep in mind that comparing pregnancy rates between clinics can be tricky, as they are greatly influenced by patient characteristics and restrictions that a clinic may place on which patients can undergo IVF treatment. At UCSF, we base our clinical decisions on what is best for an individual patient, and not what is best for our statistics.

The success rates below are drawn from the most recent finalized data collected by SART. Note that these rates are broken down by female age, one of the most important factors in IVF success.
