About Me

Dr. Victor Fujimoto, director of UCSF's program for in vitro fertilization, is a specialist in reproductive endocrinology and fertility. In addition to technologies for in vitro fertilization, he has expertise in noninvasive techniques for gynecologic treatment.

A former fertility patient himself, Dr. Fujimoto is aware of the emotional journey many infertile couples face. He believes in ensuring that patients fully understand their reproductive potential and treatment choices.

Dr. Fujimoto earned his medical degree at the University of California, San Diego. He completed a residency at the Mayo Clinic, followed by fellowship training at UCSF. He began his clinical practice at the University of Washington.
