About Me
Dr. Evelyn Mok-Lin is an obstetrician, gynecologist, and reproductive endocrinologist who cares for people with reproductive health concerns, including infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, irregular periods, and endometriosis. She has special interests in oncofertility (reproductive issues for newly diagnosed cancer patients and survivors), LGBTQIA+ reproductive health including fertility preservation options for transgender adults and youth, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Mok-Lin's research interests include optimizing fertility preservation and in vitro fertilization (IVF) techniques. She also studies how environmental and genetic factors affect fertility and may cause diminished ovarian reserve or early menopause.
Dr. Mok-Lin earned her medical degree at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, teaching hospitals of Harvard Medical School. She completed a reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at New York–Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
She is double board-certified and serves as a national examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Mok-Lin is the Medical Director of the UCSF Center for Reproductive Health. She speaks proficient Cantonese and conversational Mandarin Chinese.
