About Me
Rachel Tam joined the UCSF Center for Reproductive Health in September 2024 as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
She brings a diverse background in fertility care, beginning with several years as a medical assistant in urology before attending nursing school. After earning her nursing degree, Rachel has grown in her role here at CRH, initially working as a per diem nurse while completing her FNP program, to now working as a Nurse Practitioner where she is committed to providing compassionate care, education, and guidance to patients throughout their fertility journey.
Outside of work, she enjoys photography, reading, hiking and spending time with her fur babies.
